Practical information

Bib numbers, chip, time of start

Time of race start is 18th of April 2025 at 8:00 am.

Bib number/chip must be collected in the information tent 17th of April 5:00 - 8:00 pm and on race day before 6:00 - 7:15 am

Online registration only possible until 15^th of April 2024 at 8.00 am.

Registration possible face 2 face until 07.15 on race day, at additional fee of 100 DKK

Information meeting

Information meeting will be in the information tent at 7:20 am on race day

Info meeting: Bus transport is arranged for the 100 km participants. The bus leaves at 11:30 am, and it will remain in the start area until race start. The 50 km participants will walk the 1.4 km to the start area.

Accommodation, luggage, showering and parking

You are allowed to sleep over in tent camp-area, just next to the finishing line at Søndersøparken. Bring own tent.

Car parking, free of charge, is possible at Gl. Aarhusvej, 8800 Viborg, next to SØnæs and at the Golf Hotel's parking lot.

Own refreshments and refreshment zones

Own refreshments can only, at your own risk, be placed in refreshment zone 1. The refreshment zone tables will be situated in a large “run through” tent.

Medals, prices and victory ceremony

Race medal to all that finalizes the race.

Victory ceremony when the first 3 runners has finished for both men and women.

Danish Championship will follow the same procedure.

Rules and regulations

The race will as default be conducted despite weather conditions.

Race organizer can suspend or cancel the race in case of conditions of force majeure e.g dangerous weather or other dangerous conditions.

Registration fees will not be refunded in the above situations.
